Pointe shoes are an essential, handcrafted, and consumable tool for classical ballet dancers. Due to the intense physical demands of rehearsals and stage performance, pointe shoes wear out rapidly and require frequent replacement to protect the dancers' feet and ensure optimal technical precision.
Supporting the Pointe Shoe Appeal directly relieves one of the most significant recurring personal costs for our adult dancers as they prepare for our Founding Season in December 2026.

For individuals who wish to support independent ballet in Dublin outside of corporate sponsorship.
Contributions from €25 upwards enable us to cover vital production elements including rehearsal venue hire, sheet music, costume alterations, and staging equipment.
All Friends contributing €25 or more will be warmly acknowledged by name in our inaugural printed souvenir programme for Don Quixote Suite & Thirteen at Studio Theatre, dlr LexIcon (unless anonymity is requested).
